These terms govern your use of themgmedia.com and any services you request from MG Media LLC (“MG Media”, “I”, “me”, or “we”). By using the site or engaging my services, you agree to these terms.
The services
I offer Meta and Facebook ads consulting, including one-off teardown calls, and done-for-you ad management. The exact scope, deliverables, and price of any engagement are agreed with you directly before work begins. Submitting a request through the site is not a contract. It starts a conversation, and I decide which engagements to take on.
No guarantee of results
Advertising results depend on many factors outside my control, including your product, offer, market, budget, and the ad platforms themselves. I bring experience and a clear process, but I do not and cannot guarantee any specific result, such as a particular cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, revenue, or growth. Any examples or past results shown on the site are illustrative and are not a promise of your results.
Your responsibilities
To work together effectively, you agree to provide accurate information, timely access to the accounts and assets I need, and any approvals required. You confirm that you own or have the right to use the ad accounts, creative, and other materials you share with me, and that your business and ads comply with the relevant platform policies and laws.
Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted or agreed for each engagement, for example the fixed price of a teardown call or the custom price of ongoing management. Payment terms are agreed before work starts. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Third-party platforms
My services rely on third-party platforms such as Meta and Google. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. I am not responsible for their decisions or actions, including account restrictions, policy changes, outages, or changes to their tools or reporting.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and materials on this site are owned by MG Media unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. You keep ownership of your own accounts, brand, and materials. Any specific ownership of work produced during an engagement is set out in that engagement’s agreement.
Confidentiality
Where we share non-public information to work together, each of us agrees to keep the other’s confidential information private and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, MG Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. My total liability for any claim connected to the site or my services is limited to the amount you paid me for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current terms.
