Information I collect

Information you give me. When you submit a form on the site, I collect what you enter, which may include your name, email address, company or website, monthly ad spend range, what you sell, your message, your timeline, and how you found me.

Information collected automatically. If you accept cookies, I use analytics and marketing tools that collect standard technical data such as your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and how you interact with the site. My hosting provider also keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

Analytics and marketing tools (such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel) only load after you accept cookies through the banner. If you decline, those tools are not loaded. I do not sell your personal information. I share it only with the service providers I use to run the site and my business, including:

Cloudflare, for hosting and for storing form submissions (based in the United States)
Google, for Tag Manager, Analytics, and web fonts
Meta, for advertising measurement through the Meta Pixel
Slack, so I get notified of new form submissions
Trustpilot, which hosts my client reviews

Each of these processes data under their own privacy terms.

International transfers

MG Media is based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you contact me from outside the US, you understand your data will be transferred to and stored in the US.

How long I keep your data

I keep form submissions for as long as I need them to respond to you and to keep reasonable business records. You can ask me to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. If you are in California, you may request to know what I have collected and ask me to delete it. I do not sell personal information.
